Career transitions are rarely straight forward but often involve unhappiness in a workplace due to any number of factors including stress. When considering job changes, people sometimes fail to see why they feel unhappy or stressed in their job and how they might address this. As a result, they risk repeating their patterns in the next job or career. Career counseling can help individuals work toward understanding these patterns and take steps toward stress management in and out of the workplace.
