When you are contacting me by email or the contact form on this page for therapy, please be sure to provide some details as to your availability, whether you are open to online and/or in person therapy, whether you need a therapist covered by your health insurance benefits (not all plans cover Registered Psychotherapists so you have to check), and then some details about what brings you to therapy. This will help me know right away if I think we might be a good fit logistically and otherwise, or whether I can refer you to a colleague.
