Boosting Afternoon Energy Levels with a Stair Climb

Many of us are aware of the links between a good sleep, a little exercise and a good mood and better energy.  Well, a new study  that compares caffeine to stair climbing, found the latter to be more effective in boosting that afternoon energy dip.  Good news if sleeplessness is an issue, which caffeine – particularly if consumed after lunch — can make worse.
