Study: Mindfulness Meditation Better for Women

A Mindfulness study out of Brown University in England comparing the effects of Mindfulness Meditation on women versus men (women do better) may seem initially disappointing for Mindfulness advocates, but the study’s co-lead author in this article says he hopes this research will help address the “gender gap” in mental¬† health care.¬† Might this also impact Mindfulness in couples therapy?
